It's all about connections.

Wire connects circuits in a computer. Yet wire also can be molded, sculpted and adorned to create a whole new entity, completely separate from technology.

If I'm asked "what do you do?" I can't just say that I'm a User Experience Engineer or that I'm an artist working on pottery, stained glass, jewelry or even wire-based wearable art, because because it's all just a medium for expression. All I can really say is that I create something new from the raw materials at hand -- whether that be clay, glass, beads, wire or code -- based on my previous experiences. I make connections.
